Marylu bakes itself whole wheat bread every day, dry herbs for countless different tea's, preparing you a delicious salad buffet, make syrup of lemon balm and Elderflower, and conjures up many goodies from the own strawberries, currants, raspberries. It's obvious that also the veggies and the potatoes come from the beautiful vegetable garden! But honey is made in the pension Florian: from dandelion, Alpine roses and pine shoots. Burning soup with Ulten bread cubes for 4 persons
Take 110 gr wheat flour and let it roast in the pan. Then with 1.5 l cold water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with a bay leaf, salt, and pepper, and continue simmer. Cut a ¼ kg of cooked potatoes into cubes and stir. Give roasted bread cubes and Bacon before serving the soup. Serve the soup in the burning with much fresh Peter Siel or chives!
